With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Matthew’s journey in accountancy has been nothing short of remarkable.

Matthew began his career as a trainee in Taunton and qualified in 2001. After moving to Bristol, he joined BNS and later became part of the Dunkleys family through a company buyout. His dedication and expertise have not only earned him a directorial role but also a lasting bond with many of his long-standing clients.

As one of our audit partners, Matthew oversees all audit clients and leads our audit team. From shareholder disputes to year-end audits, Matthew provides comprehensive and clear business valuations.
Matthew is a go-to advisor for dental practices, offering support on tax planning, practice incorporations, and all stages of buying and selling.

When he’s not crunching numbers, Matthew loves spending time with his wife and two children. He’s also an avid runner and hiker, with one of his proudest achievements being walking the length of Hadrian’s Wall in Cumbria.
