Support Services Assistant

Kirsty took an unconventional route into Finance administration. Kirsty originally trained as a Beauty and Holistic Therapist achieving her NVQ level 3 but soon realised that working in the Beauty industry full time was not for her. With this, she moved into administration and gained over 10 years’ experience working as a Receptionist and then Pensions Administrator for a big company.

Kirsty joined Dunkley’s in 2016 as a Secretary and has excelled ever since. On a day to day basis, Kirsty is responsible for setting up new clients, answering phone calls, handling client queries, typing client communications and producing CS01s.

Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family, keeping fit and socialising with friends. Kirsty also likes to challenge herself and recently completed the 1.7 million step challenge (which is the equivalent distance of Lands’ End to John O’Groats) in support of diabetes UK.
